WordWallet Terms of Use

The rules for using WordWallet, in plain words.

Last updated: November 7, 2026

WordWallet is made by Clevolo ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If they ever disagree, these terms apply.

1. Your account

You need an account to use WordWallet, so your words are safe and on all your devices. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

2. AI-written cards

Cards, examples, exercises and suggestions are written by AI (OpenAI). They are usually right, but can contain mistakes. Use them for learning, not as professional, legal or medical advice. Please don't look up sensitive personal information.

3. Your words

The words you add are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete them, and your account, at any time.

4. Fair use

Please don't misuse the app: don't try to break or overload it, reach other people's data, copy it, or use automated tools to pull content from it. We may limit or close accounts that do.

5. Purchases

If WordWallet offers paid features, they are sold through the App Store. Apple handles payments, subscriptions and refunds under its own terms.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving WordWallet, so features may change. We try to keep it running smoothly, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app.

7. Responsibility

WordWallet is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by AI-written content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
